Can anyone give me the info on this head the casting number is 7K25? Thanks

What engine do you have and where are you getting that number. Looks like a date code. The date code is under the valve covers normally, and the casting number is underneath the head...except on Ford FE's and the casting number is in between the exhaust ports.

7 = Year of the Decade
K = October
25 = Day

Need a casting # to tell you what it is.

this number was under the valve cover. I didn't see any numbers between the exhaust ports... I'll have to recheck.

That's the date code. What engine is it? Check under the head, close to the exhaust ports. This is where most casting #'s can be found. Since it's not between the exhaust port, I will rule out the engine being a FE.
