There are autumn winds that blow through all our souls
Tearful discussions that we all have been through
Nights we wonder how we made it through alright
We ask ourselves what that stuff there was all about

And then we just say good night

What is country if it doesn't tell the truth?
What the hell did we do all this for, if it was just no use....
What is COUNTRY if it didn't mean a single goldang thing
What is country, if not for you and me?

I AM COUNTRY!

Here I stand

(Insert various tomato plants here)

You send that on, I hope he gets a cheerful grin out of it!

*If any band out there wants to play it - you go right ahead. Those lyrics belong to the first that make them public

Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers, God DOES answer them. Justin's surgery was a success, he's been out around town and going to the farm with his Dad. He had an appointment with his dr. yesterday and everything looks good.

Thanks again!!!!!!

I hope he takes it easy for a while to let everything heal right.

You know country folk - want to get right back in it before the sun goes down again...

I feel a calm and peace I can't describe hearing that this is finally going alright. It takes someone who watches things grow to see every part of it I expect.

But a human body is a bit different from binding together a broken branch.

Maybe for the time being you might run some figures by him that he can work on...

He might spot something worthwhile to go after.

There's nothing like the power of prayer. I'm so glad to hear the good news.

Here's something y'all might be interested in watching, Ky Farm Bureau interviewed Justin and it aired on RFD TV, go to www.kyfb.com/federation click on "Bluegrass & Backroads" under "Videos", look for "Justin Hatchett Story"

That is great. There's enough bad news on TV every night, it's good to hear something went well for a change.
