My truck hit 65K miles today. What maintenance is in order?
FYI--> Tran’s oil changed at 50K, same for diff fluids, coolant replaced at 45K. Is there anything else that I need to get done?
I would like to think you have done all the other obvious items by now like Fuel and air filters. You should be on your third fuel/air filter even though the truck has 65k being a 2000 would be a concern if they haven't been done. Also changing the plugs may be a problem because of the year more than the mileage from assuming limited use. This will be your biggest expense of the three mentioned. If you in-fact haven't done plugs yet do a "search" on plugs as there are many posts on this and will require you to research the info to do them properly. Having the dealer or service station can/may run you several hundred dollars.
Other than that inspect the serpentine belt for wear/cracks. Inspect/fill power steering/brake fluid, full front end inspection (ball joints/tie-rods/steering stabilizer etc..).... the list can go on. Refer to your owners manual for help on regular maintenence checks.
Back on topic. You've done pretty much everything you need to do early. Only other things I could suggest are flushing the power steering and brake fluid but that's not really scheduled mainenence.

Awesome, that sums it all up. I will put them on "to do" list.
We the “diesel owners” are asked to sign an agreement that states that we are not supposed change sparkplugs ever. And all diesel truckers/Diesel vehicle owners seem to agree unanimously. We set aside our difference (regardless of 7.3, cumin, 6.4, 6.0 C7…) and play by the books.
I just flushed my PS fluid yesterday. It was quite messy since I tried to use one of those syphon hoses. But I flushed it with 3qts of fluid. I would also recommend getting one of the Magnefine filters. Cheap insurance.
Next up is the brake fluid after I swap out my rotors & pads in the front. Then when my 08 diff cover comes in, I'm doing the rear and front diffs. Just did the tranny last month.
