I have tunes from both and like them. Eric seems better on the fuel mileage. Cale's tunes seem to want you to throw EVERYTHING at it - but it sure does get the Ex movin!

As for Cale, if you don't like something about the tune (shifting point, firmness, etc.), he fixes it and responds quickly. Seems to have really good customer service. Which tune did you order and also, let me know how it turns out.

I didn't like something about my trans shifting and they fixed it for me. Seems like the diode locked up the trans and wrecked it. They got the new trans a little faster than normal because I was having my truck down.
IMO, one thing that sets the rest apart from DP-Tuner is that Jody has moved away from the rotary dials and gone to the F5 and now the F6 which has way more benefits. You can reprogram your chip without taking it out of the truck and you can "try before you buy".
