If I have not already done so, welcome to FTE. 
Pulled headers yesterday on the 65 with the 302; unfortunately don't have the 65 with the 390 at my current location. Seem to recall they are the same only difference with the 302 the pivot ball bolts directly into the engine block and with the 360 believe the pivot ball is on a bracket that mounts to the bell housing. Posting pic's of the setup with the 302, hope of some help!. Expect will be reassembling tomorrow so let me know if need additional pic's.

currently in the infancy stage of trying to figure out how to manuver around newly acquired 64-72 Ford pickup Master Catalog CD, so take these #'s with a grain of salt. With any luck, NumbersDummy will be monitoring this thread and correct me. That being said, the P/N I came up with for the Z bar, or equalizing bar, is C6TZ-7528A, and for the clutch release bracket assembly C5TZ-7A572, which looks exactly like the bracket in my 65 with the 390ci. Not sure these #'s will be of any help, likely find the parts are obsolete and can't find any supplier that has one. Anyhow,

The 1964/72 FORD TRUCK PARTS CATALOG is available on a CD from hipoparts.com for around $22.00 + shipping.
The diagram you want to look at...is in: Illustration Section 75 on page 25.
You could contact obsolete parts vendor GREEN SALES CO. (greensalescompany.com-513-731-3304) in Cincinnati OH and ask them to send you this illustration via email or fax.
There's far more to it than just the Z bar and frame mounted clutch pivots...so you need to see this illustration.
EDIT: Maybe Dave can scan and post this illustration for you, as he has this part catalog. Everything you need is shown.

Rebuilt clutch assembly and found majority of the parts can be purchased thru Ford parts suppliers. Only mentioned the major components that may difficult to locate like the Z Bar, and equilizing brackets.

Number Dummy helped me find most of my pieces. Mine was never converted to auto, but rather was a mix of homemade parts to make the clutch engage. The bracket going on the block was a tough find, but Bill did find one. Bushings and clips for the z-bar came from NPD. I've also been trying to find a clutch rod boot - out of stock everywhere. NPD sources from DC, DC is out. Going to try Macs. The bushings on the clutch rod I made from nylon spacers I got at home depot.
Getting the clutch movement right was expensive and a pain, and mine was already a standard. You may want to consider an aftermarket hydraulic setup. Good luck!

Has anyone mentioned the pedal assembly. 
May want to rethink the automatic tranny, not knowledgeable with the vintage automatic's, perhaps swapping or an upgrade would be a solution. Salvaged a C6 yrs. ago that has been collection dust waiting until time permits to install in the 65 with the 3sp w/ o.d. Anyhow, got the urge to chime in and add my

ain't this site wonderfull!!! i have to go to nashburg this weekend but will be back on the truck next week. i have to replace the left front whl. cyl. before i can get the brakes to work. and will have to order the part because nobody has one in stock but nexk week is coming

I think that if you are buying all the parts to swap your truck back to ( Manual ), I think
that you will want to get the part # and location and price of the ( Big Long Spring )
that hooks on the clutch arm and goes forward to the crossmember ! You may also
will probably need the ( small short spring ) it hooks to the top of the Pedal and hooks
to the same bracket the Pedal bolts to ! I also don't remember seeing the ( Rod from Pedal to Z-bar ) you will need these parts also,
if the PO didn't leave them on your Truck ? I have traded for lots of these old trucks that had been Swapped to ( AUTO ) ,and find they had left
the Pedal and just pulled the carpet over it .....

oldfordcoupe, I just pulled a 352-4speed from my 66 100 and installed a 429-auto. Just yesterday I pulled the pedal assm. out to lose the clutch pedal. I`ve got a 66 250 that came with 352-auto for parts. I sold the motor but still have everything else.
