65 ford grill

65 ford grill
Hey guys, i have a 65 i believe, grill with the factory grill guard brackets(u-shaped brackets in the grill). Do any of you guys know what it might be worth? Its an extra and im trying to get rid of some stuff and make some room. It is in real nice shape. A guy here in town offered me $95 for it??? Thank you.

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by ( U shape); but I believe the grill if in excellent shape is worth $200 to $450; but if a friend is asking and building a truck in need I sell for alot less like $50 to $100. If not free.

64 grill
I'll try to post a photo of the bracket. If it were someone i knew, they could have it. This guy stopped this afternoon and was rummaging thru some parts i have and picked it out???I dont know him from Adam...lol. I have an old chevy down by the road and that grill is in there. the link works...but Ive never seen anything like that on a 63 or 4 truck...that grille is a 63 grille...64 has different spacing between the bars and 63s were straight across with the exception being the area where the turn signal/parking light assys go.

As FTE member camperspecial65 pointed out, the 1964 grille is not the same as 1963.
1964 grilles have eight rectangular boxes, 4 upper, 4 lower.
Look thru the member photo gallery's to see the grille differences.
