The part number for the one that was in mine was:
F4TF-12A650-NA

I am sure someone can dissect this part number, as it will be somewhat specific to the vehicle. IIRC, the second character is the manufacture date (4 = 1994). I believe the 12A650 is the same for all PCMs for our trucks. The NA on mine was related to the program code, mine being a California PCM. You can see more about program codes at:

I would just pull your computer and see what info it has on it. It may be worth just heading to your local junkyard and see if you can get a cheap used one to test out. My understanding is that you should be fine as long as you get a PCM from a similar year vehicle with the same engine & transmission as yours.

Thanks, I might have to pull mine and check that out. I've posted a new thread as it has started running MUCH worse and the cat is glowing red now. I haven't driven it much since posting that last time. I'll pull the computer and head to the yard Friday I guess.
