The part number for the one that was in mine was:
F4TF-12A650-NA
I am sure someone can dissect this part number, as it will be somewhat specific to the vehicle. IIRC, the second character is the manufacture date (4 = 1994). I believe the 12A650 is the same for all PCMs for our trucks. The NA on mine was related to the program code, mine being a California PCM. I would just pull your computer and see what info it has on it. It may be worth just heading to your local junkyard and see if you can get a cheap used one to test out. My understanding is that you should be fine as long as you get a PCM from a similar year vehicle with the same engine & transmission as yours.
