Over the past month I have noticed my brake pedal at red lights going farther and farther to the floor the longer I sit there. I usually have to push really hard as to prevent my 460 bohemeth from rolling over vehicles in front of me. There are no brake leaks, I have never added brake fluid since i got the truck from my brother which has been 5k ago and it's still at the same level. I have noticed this however:
Now if in fact this brake booster line or plug seal thingy is the culprit, can the plastic plug come completely out?

Reason: info
that just pulls out, but more likely your master cyl is worn. when it leaks down like that, pump it a couple of times, and see if the pedel pressure returns. re built master cyls are cheep, under $40. just bench bleed the new one, install, and bleed the brakes, you will have good brakes again
no, try bleeding the brakes again, you still have air trapped in the system. booster either works or not. you would hear a hissing sound from under the dash if it was bad, but it would not act like that
When the truck is off If i push really hard on the brake pedal and hold it my foot slowly goes to the floor. When the truck is running and I push the pedal it gets hard sometimes but still eventualy goes to the floor.

I agree with all these guys. It is NOT the booster. It could, however, be a faulty RABS solenoid module.
It is on the inside of the left frame rail about level with the drivers feet.
When you replaced the master cylinder did you bleed it?
If the problem is not air in the system then it could well be a faulty RABS module.
There is an easy way to check it. There is a large hex bung on the front end of it. Unscrew this bung (under spring pressure all the way) and remove the spring. No fluid will come out. Replace the bung without the spring, give the pedal a few pumps to fill the chamber and then try the brakes. If they are now good then the RABS module is bad, if no change then replace the spring and look elsewhere.
