On your exhaust drone - what system do you have? Stock, muffler delete, etc.?

yes I Have a muffler. The dimples inside the muffler are pointed or open toward the back.

Make sure your exhaust pipe is not hitting the trans cross member bolts. That is a common place for the pipe to hit and make drone. The drone I had was the downpipe hitting the firewall.

I had a drone after I straight piped mine. I installed an Aeroturbine when I put a 4'' exhaust on and I have no drone at all. I picked up the Aeroturbine fairly cheap as a guy had one new in box that he never got around to install (his loss,my gain). I was skeptical at first about the claims from the company but after running it for about 9 months I am really happy with it.

I would have never bought one at full price at first, but after having it one rig,I would spend the money if I had to do another.

Is the drone worst while turning one way or another?

I don't think it's the muffler -- I get SOME drone from the intake. You might try building a box around the 6637 or try a commercial option with a box around it, like the AIS...

I have put a box around it and used foilback insulation over it and it did help,I am thinking I need a intake as well as some type of resonator for the exhaust as well.I have not researched any intakes, would an AIS be a good one? Riffraff is sending me some info on something as well.
