Oil pan replacement

Has anyone replaced an oil pan on a 95 f150 5.0l 4x4? I've heard its quite a job. Do I need to disconnect motor mounts and lift motor? Thanks Mark

Installed Milodon 7 Qt.

Not a '95 or 4X4 but I have a Milodon 7 qt. rear sump with windage tray on my '90 5.0L 4X2 F150. You would have to practically remove the engine to do the install that pan, plus we had to make some minor tweaks to the motor mounts to fit. I did it when I replaced my stock engine (with 275K miles) with a crate engine, so it didn't really add much to the job, just some minor grinding.
