Just found this forum and it looks packed with great info alot of knowledgable folks here. I just bought a 2002 F=350 standard cab long bed with the V-10 auto setup I plan on hauling my 40' enclosed car trailer with it (gooseneck hitch) I'm not very up on the chips or programers available. I did have a couple of 94 ford lightnings a few years back and thru there list ended up with a chip, exhaust, intake and a jacobs ignition on them they ran MUCH BETTER I just sold an 07 KIng Ranch diesel crew cab (getting in better shape for the comming economic times haha) and bought this 02 f350 with the v10. truck runs great seems to have no issues. took it for a 40 mile run down the highway and got 13 mpg. empty I'm in contact with 5 star now and will put a programmer on it and see what happens
looking forward to getting to know some of you
Gary
HI and welcome aboard Gary.
Congrats on the 2002 F350, it should be a great truck for towing that car trailer.
The 94 Ford Lightnings were real cool trucks, I always wanted one but never did buy one.
Swing by your local CO chapter and meet the fine folks there too: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum81/
