Help! Help! Help!

I started installing an Icon mini pak, the drivers side went pretty well. The passenger side has been trouble. The axle shifted towards the drivers side about one inch and I can't get the axle to line up with the allignment pin for the leaf spring.. I'm in over my head! I'm thinking about removing the pan rod to see if that could help. The guy at Icon said the axle would move about 1/8 of an inch??

When I did my brothers it shifted a little bit and took a bit of banging and pushing but it eventually slid back into place. You should have at least 1-2 other people helping you.

Thank you and you are correct. I have a friend to help me tomarrow. I've installed four other lifts on various trucks but none of them have been this stuborn. This truck kicked my butt today

Yeah, I attempted to put on my 3.5" shackle and hanger lift and I wasn't able to get it complete by myself. Most of us learn the hard way.

The directions didn't say remove the trac bar bolt first?

Get a come-a-long and pull it back over...that was my helping hand.
