If you want to do camping I would recommend Elk Neck State park. They have some really nice shaded spots. If you are going to the ATNS and camping the placde I am staying at has some really nice shaded spots and the rates are reasonable. The commute to the truck is not bad as well.
There are a few pics from the campground I stayed at here Cliff. This was the first time at this park so I didnt know the site was bigger than thisd until I did some more checking into. There is a place in the tree line just for the tent. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/5...ampers-35.html
sounds like a plan, this is my first time going,so i was considering staying close to the fairgrounds, wouldn't want to miss out on all the excitement, besides its tough getting my boys out of bed early in the morning, i would like to get there early so i can check everything out.
Cliff I usually got there about 7 am which is well before anything starts before the day from the campground I stayed at. Don I belive that they have some of the stuff posted already at www.carsatcarlisle.com.
