centrifical or diaphram clutch?
I'm about to replace the clutch in my '73 F-100 (with 302), and I'm wondering if a standard 3 arm centrifical, or a diaphram pressure plate is best?? I like the smoothness of the diaphram type, but the engine is performance built (to a degree) and I hear that the diaphram types don't hold as well. Any takes on this? Thanks, Polkat

centrifical or diaphram clutch?
I would go with the three lever type i was putting clutches in my 1977 ford f250 4x4 400 4 speed every 5,000 miles and they couldn't handle the engine and then i put a 12" three lever type and it takes off so much better and it holds great but it is a lot harder to push down then the diaphram
