Post Clutch size and type

I have a 65 F-100 2wd NP435. My throwout bearing is going out and I'm just going to replace the whole thing. What size is it(10 or 11) and type (I think it is a Diaphram type and 10 inches but I'm not sure)

I just did that for my 88 5 speed I-6 (the clutch itself was in good shape even after 200k miles but the flywheel had alot of hotspots on it and the pilot bearing was going out.) It had the 10", but I'm told that the trucks could accomodate both sizes because the flywheel will accomodate either size (the bolt holes were in place for both sizes). Seems like someone mentioned that Ford used the same flywheel on the small V8s but put the next larger size clutch on it. So you may end up having to take it off to determine the correct size. I didn't consider changing anything with a different size for fear that it may throw something else off. My pilot bearing was tough to get out (I ended up drilling it and then used a cold chisel to chip out the pieces.
