Good evening guys. Had my arthroscopic surgery on my knee today. It seems to have gone well. Have pictures, they are quite interesting, shows the damage. I was knocked out with a spinal. Came to sometime between 12 and 1pm. Hope to be hopping around next week. I have 3 weeks off from work. I know you are wish you had three weeks off too.

Hope you get well soon, but no I'll pass on the pain part with 3 weeks off. I had a herniated disc a couple of years back and had 10 weeks off and I wouldn't do it again..

Rich, I wish you a speedy recovery.

My brother had arthroscopic surgery on his knee and it took quite awhile before he regained full mobility.

I hope you can't remotely connect into the Millstone's LAN and so have true rest at home.

Steve:

There are no MicroCenters close enough to me.

I have the motherboard, cpu, chassis, PSU, DDR3, and researching water cooling at the moment.

When my paycheck clears this week I'll be ordering the video card, HDD, BlueRay, and likely the water cooling components.

Steve:

What can you tell me?

I heard that BFG was redesigning the 295 so as to be a single card.

I heard that Windows XP with SP3 can now address something like six gigs of DDR3.

No, only XP 64bit would support over 3gig and the GeForce GTX295 1792MB is Nividia chipset PCI-ex
