No check engine light!
When I first got it I pulled a ton of codes, then I did a complete tune up and still had codes. These led to the TPS, which I replaced, then the EGR valve, which I replaced, and finally, the EGR position sensor. Now I have no codes. Yay!
Now I need to solve my leaky steering box. Already replaced the sector shaft seal - still leaking. Next step is to pressure wash everything and try to pinpoint the leak (again). Hard to tell where it is leaking from when there is fluid everywhere. I am debating if I should suck it up and replace the steering box. But here in Canada, the Cardone reman costs $400, instead of the $140US Advance auto wants for it. I might stop at the pick your part tomorrow and see if there is an explorer there I can pull the box from. (I hear they generally have less wear then the ones on the pickups)
