You said the EGR is disabled, but is the valve still there? If the valve is still there, the vacuum diaphragm in it may have ruptured, or the line that went to it could have cracked or became unplugged if the EGR was completely removed and the line was plugged. Look on the passenger side fender wall, where the relays are. You should see a little round solenoid looking thing with two vacuum lines going into it. This is your EGR control solenoid, look for any cracks or holes into the lines going to it - if it is even still there.

MAP and O2 sensor will cause rough rich/lean running. Not really effect idle speed - unless the map ruptured and has an internal leak now.

No it would not. The computer controls the opening and closing of the solenoid. If it opens the solenoid, and the vacuum line going to the EGR valve is cracked, it will dump air into the intake

An 88 computer will work, and is not programmed for EGR, as 88s had a smaller throttle body and no EGR

67 Engine Off = Nuetral Safety Switch failure, perhaps bad ground?
84 Engine Off= EGR Vacuum Solenoid circuit failure.

Nothing for Engine off 10. C codes are continuous memory, or stored codes

22c = MAP/BP sensor out of self test range.
63c = TPS circuit has intermittently failed below minimum 0.6 volts.
33c = EGR valve opening not detected
29c = Insufficient input from vehicle speed sensor.

KOER Codes now

25 = Knock not sensed during dynamic test.
32 = EVP circuit has intermittently failed below minimum voltage of 0.24 volts.
