'90 wiper delay

Replaced wiper motor and delay switch. Wipers still work on high only. Found out there is a wiper modulator but not able to find it. Found "brief" discription in Chiltons book and picture on a website. Need to know if is under dash or under hood on fire wall. Can ya hep me?

It's mounted under the dash.

If you follow the wiring harness from the wiper switch, it goes to the wiper delay module and then another wiring harness from the delay module to the wiper motor.

The module is located inside a small black plastic case near the emergency brake release handle.

Removing the driver side plastic side kick panel will allow you some room to remove the one mounting bolt holding it on.

And there are wires in there that break and can easily be soldered.
