Using Search function
Maybe a dumb question, but I must be doing something wrong. When you enter a search subject you get hundreds of threads that are totally unrelated to your subject and nothing that is related. Is there a trick that I am missing here. Can anyone help?

One trick is, you can narrow your search by using multiple words in quotes. For example, searching for the phrase "fuel pump" will get you more specific results than using the two words separately.

Another thing I often do is check off the "Show Posts" button. This way, instead of getting a list of threads that somewhere have the search words in them, you'll get a list of the actual posts that contain the search terms. Makes it easier for me to go through the list to determine whether something is relevant or not.
