79 f 150 1/2 ton 4x4
did the 79 ford 1/2 ton 4x4 come with a 460 from the factory

No 460 4WD's until 1983, and these were all F350's.

F100/150's were not available with 460's after 1979.

they came with a 351m or a 400..obviously you can find random ones with 390's 460's ect but those were swapped
