Aluminum Expansion Tank

My friend has a 2004 Mach 1 and he installed an alluminum expansion tank for the engine coolant and one for the supercharger coolant. Is there anything like that for our trucks or would it be possible to rig one of the mustang tanks to work with my truck?

heres a link so you know what i'm talking about

i understand the concept as I owned a 03 Cobra and it put over 500hp at the wheels. Not sure there would be any advantage to our application though.

Its not really for performance. Its for looks. I thought it would look really neat under the hood. I'd get it powdercoated black like my friends.
