e4od line pressure

i currently swaped the rear axle out of an 85 f-150 into a 94 f-150, little did i know that the 94 contained a prox sensor for the psom. (speedometer) without this sensor i have no speedo and the line pressure is outrageos! i instaled a factory vss into the tranny and run the output to pin 4 of the computer, this fixed the line pressure problem for a short time and began to work on the speedo problem. i am not too concerned about the speedo as much as the high line pressure which returned as the tranny is costly to repair, there has got to be a way to lower the pressure electricaly from the output of the eec-iv or the pcm the ipec solenoid i think is wired to the pcm but i am unsure where to find the technical info to locate all i need to make any adjsutment, ford tech needs passwords (dealers only) nobody seems to want to get close to electric trannys for some reason.

can anyone help!!

ps. reinstalling the original axle/housing is not one of my options!:-)

I don't think you want to set the line pressure constant, it varies with each shift. Check out ebay and others for cd-rom shop manuals, it may have all you are looking for. Good luck.
