does anyone know were to find auction prices for vehicles. i am looking to trade in the f150 for a f250 and talked to a few guys and said they were giving a little more then auction price on trade in i am going to try to sell it outright first but i still like to know thanks guys
do a Kelly Blue Book on your vehicle. Trade-in price is generally about $1,000 to 2,000 off from what you might get at Auction.
Generally, a Dealership will only give you what they might get for that vehicle if sold at auction. Even though the vehicle may be worth a few thousand more.
thanks for the info but after talking it over with my dad i going to keep the f150 and do some mods to it i only have a year and half to go to pay it off and i looking to buy a house that new truck payment will go a long ways towards a house
wish I had that much foresight a few years back. I've had 5 or 6 trucks in the past 5+ years that would be paid off right now if I'd just been more patient.
luckily this F-150 is almost there...I think this will be the first one I've paid off on schedule
