Solenoid Pack E40D
I recently ordered a solenoid pack for an E40D for a 97 F-250 7.3 L...I ordered it from Wittrans.com, the solenoid pack is part #R36420AA for a non PWM (whatever that is). When I got it it looked slightly different than the original (I think it had been changed out once) on one of the solenoids there was some etching hand done. The problem is I'm wondering if it's the correct one. Theres a plastic shield that goes over the circuitboard on the bottom of the pack. The one I have (off the old pack) does not fit the one I received from wittrans. I don't know if this is an important issue or not or if it even matters whether it's in place. Can anyone enlighten me?
