Oil Sensor
When I bought the truck it would jump from nothing to about 10%. About 200-400 miles ago I replaced the Oils Sensor (on the turbo). After that it worked It sat around 60%. Since then it has decreased. Now on the highway, doing say 70. its at about 1% about red. But If i come to a stop its at about 20%. What the, 
. Complete tune up at the time also. What do you think is my problem? Oil pump going out? Clogged sensor?

No smoke pretty much covers my thought of Turbo seals, if they were that bad it would be smoking pretty good.
First thing I would do is get a real gauge, a mechanical one!
