Tonight is actually pork loin...grilled to perfection over some sweet mesquite brought from Texas.
sides of rosemary potatoes green beans and homemade bread. with homemade apple pie for dessert.
with a ice dripping Bud Light straight from the ice bin.

doesnt get much better than that.

We are having pork loin tonight too. Slow cooked in applesauce, brown sugar and cinnamon.
