do a internet search, there is a few sites (baumann engineering is one) that gives instruction on factory adjustment.
There is also a way to check it with a gauge. I called Baumann and he was very helpful in expalining how to adjust the pressure (I had a Lokar cable)
There is a plug on the right side to take out and check pressure. 0-5 psi at idle and like 35 at a certain RPM. I need to find out soon, I have to adjust mine this weekend.
