Replacing missing tow hooks

I bought my used F250 w/ out tow hooks and now I'm looking to replace them. Will 2011 tow hook holes fit my 2001? I know there is a bracket on the 2011 hooks but the price is much better and I'm sure I can have the bracket cut off. Thanks All F250/Crew/LB/7.3/Lariat

where is the air bag sensor? No need to disconnect the batteries?

Its not on the bumper or attachments - I would guess its an inertia-activated switch somewhere else on the truck...

I've had my OE and aftermarket bumpers off several times and never unhooked batts - but that don't mean its right!!!

Lol that's all good. I do the same thing with my posts as my food. Rarely check the expiration date hahaha.

I'm wrapping the chrome in black vinyl this weekend to complete the look in my avatar. Everything is done except that (once I photoshopped it, I had to get it done!)

Glad to know its this easy.

Also hitting all the plastic with a nice coat of satin black. And I wanted chrome tow hooks. Looking into plating now, I may just hit them with "chrome" from a rattle can until then. It's obviously not mirror chrome like the bumper, but will perfectly match the billet grill I have.
