McMaster-Carr Viton A75's

Hey smokerz!

Just replaced my o-rings last week.... EZ!

No leaks, no problems.

I got a link on this site.... I can't find all of a sudden, linked to McMaster-Carr. $10.00 for 50 Viton A75, black in color, o-rings. Fits perfectly, no leaks to date and starts first throw of the starter.

Below is their Viton Flouroelstomer page, with how to measure before ordering. Sorry I tossed the packaging for part numbers. I got the o-rings within two days through the USPS, shipping was like $2.00.

For $12.00, I can change out all o-rings 3.13 times before having to reorder.... not that I want to!

Look around this site(not this thread) for the actual number's... for some reason it is eluding me today.

The hardest set to change out was on the injector just below the fuel filter housing. I had to remove one brace leg for good access.... more than 1/32 of a turn. It also has an injector extension on it for easier access, because it is a bit buried....no extra o-rings needed, compression fit just like the high pressure lines normally are. It was just a little unexpected when the extension loosened first, and came off with the injector nut!!! OH! CRIPES!!! I broke it now!! NOT! Phew!
