divorced or married?

divorced or married?
ok, im looking at 205's and i have a choice of divorced or married. i know the difference in the fact that divorced has a main drive shaft and married just bolts up to the tranny, but what are the pros and cons of both and wich one is better. thanks

Depends on your use. If the truck has a lot of lift, you may want to use a divorced setup. If done right, you can run identicle driveshafts front and rea, and only need one spare. However, you also have one or two extra universals to break, plus a little stubby driveshaft. Fewer parts make a married setup better, but you have uneven lenght driveshafts. Ultimately, it's up to what you have on hand.
