9 inch Crush collar

I read somewhere that if Itake the pressure off the crush collar I have to replace it. Does this mean that if I replace the driveshaft yoke the crush collar has to be replaced. If so is it possible to replace it and properly torque it with out dissasembling the pumpkin.

I am not an expert but providing you torque the new yoke up to the correct amount you should be OK.
