I talked to Neal last night and he is going to pick his Dana60 up saturday, And Huck said he was pretty sure he would have to work. But i am supposed to meet up with him this afternoon to pick up the parts from him he was going to bring to you all.

Personally I would just go to court, no lawyer. If it looks like you will need one you can postpone it and then go get one.
tell the judge how far you came just to come to court in all hopes that it will not show up on your record.
Actually if you have a lawyer they might not be as nice to you verses just a good person going out of their way to do the right thing and thrying to get by in this economy without corporate insurance companies taking all your money.
Just be nice and say sir. That will get you farther than a lawyer in most cases.
