tell the judge how far you came just to come to court in all hopes that it will not show up on your record.
Actually if you have a lawyer they might not be as nice to you verses just a good person going out of their way to do the right thing and thrying to get by in this economy without corporate insurance companies taking all your money.
Just be nice and say sir. That will get you farther than a lawyer in most cases.
