I doubt anyone makes one because it's just a straight piece of steel with two slight cutouts for the bumper brackets.
Any sheetmetal shop should be able to bend you one up cheap.
It's just a flat piece of steel with the edges bent in like an open shoe box. I personally don't think it's going to look right without some sort of bumper on there. The whole back is just too plain and boxy.
