List things you have in your shop, truck, or things you do that keep you and your investment (truck, home, shop) safe from hazard and injury. A few stories would be good too.
I'll start it. Fire extinguisher! I have two halon FE's, one on shop wall, and one in tool box. That's an easy one.
And I'll go two, I have a 40 foot 20k oil field sling i use for pulling [whatever] out of mud hole....chains are dangerous!
No fire extinguisher in the truck. Maybe one day..

I always use safety glasses when grinding or chipping. I also keep the frige full of cold Miller Lite.
Jay, we been talking about another PAA meeting in the near future. If you still need the pinion seal changed, we can do it then. I will let you know the date when we decide.

first aid kit(boyscout style) gonna hit up the med group on base and build a really good one...ya just never know when your out 4wheelin or camping...

2 10K cargo straps and some wally world straps
living in alaska and bing a very outdoorsy person i tend to be over prepared for alot but like i was alway told better safe then sorry...

Edit: I just saw the thread you were referring to. How about common sense. That goes a long way in preventing these types of incidents.
