Adding moldling to fender....
I found a replacement front fender for my smashed 78' Lariat. It's a F100 and has no molding originally installed. Is it a problem/hassle to install the holes or whatever I need to add my molding back on?

Before the days of the stud welding gun, body shops would drill holes and pop rivet the clips back on. If you are going to repaint, you can acutally weld the studs back on with a gun. Either way, its not too tough. Are you talking about the racetrack molding? or a wheel opening molding? If it is a wheel opening molding it is very simple to drill small holes and screw them on.

Take it to a body shop and tell them you want it studded for moulding.
Carbon copy the old fender's location to the new one and mark them.
If the plastic wide body moulding inserts are still good, reuse them.
