I don't have any idea how to remove those. All I can say is I've never seen one before, and that design scares the pants off of me, looking at it.

well thanks for the reply haha I think I’m gonna put a socket on it tomorrow and see it they come off others then that I can try to beat them off but I don’t think that’s the case

Looks like it. I would unscrew the threaded extensions to start. There is a chance the entire extension will come off and reveal a stock threaded stud. If not, Then screw a bolt in the hole and whack it with a big hammer. Hitting the bolt head will prevent damage to the extension.
