Putco Chrome Door Handles (stick on kind)

Has anyone put the Putco stick on chrome handles on their trucks yet? How do they hold up to winter? Has anyone had any troubles with them coming off or pitting?

I'm not a big fan of putco's line, but I've never had problems with them. Putco uses 3m tape, so as long as you do a decent prep they will stick and be a pain to remove. TFP makes similar parts, but out of Stainless Steel and seem a lot nicer in quality.

For prep with any brand, get isprol alcohol (the rubbing alcohol without the oils) and rub the surface a few times. Then when you peel the backing off the tape, apply a little bit of the alcohol to the tape, this will allow you to move the tape for a couple of seconds before it's stuck.
