big problem with fuel lines

I have an 88 f150 with a 302. I need to replace the two fuel lines off the fuel rail. One has a nick in it and is leaking. These are the pressure line from the filter to the rail and the return line to the tank valve. I got a part number of E7TZ 9J338 H. Problem is Ford no longer has these. I have tried Green sales to see If they had any, but no luck. Any ideas?

Might try a salvage yard esp. a U pull and save yard. I think these were the same or very similar on 302s and maybe even 351s in the 87-96 range.
