Please help!! Power steering

Hello
I Have a problem Besides owning a 2003 F350 6.0 diesel
I came home one night and shut my truck off everything was fine ....
Next morning i jump in my truck to go to the store and then....

My steering wheel is very very easy to spin, like on a boat
Just touch it and it spins around like 3 full turns with ease.
the tires also move with the steering just as fast.

This is very dangerous to drive like this!!!

I have too much power steering!!!
NO LEEKS AND MY FLUID IS FULL???????

Has anyone else come across this before ?
Please any suggestions would be great

Steering box spool valve is gone bad. Either the torsion bar is broken in the box, or something else is stuck (can't remember what causes the symptoms internally)
