My 1996 F150 302.....once in a while when a turn it makes a thudding noise.
When im driving down the highway it tends to steer to the right. It almost feels as if the emergency brake is stuck or as if my front right tire is in 4-wheel drive and the rest aint. Any idea?
Do you smell hot brakes? Caliper could be sticking on.
After a drive, feel all of the hubs and wheels. If you've done little to no braking, they should all be cool. If one is significantly hotter than the rest, it could be that that is binding/stuck on.
Hoses can collapse internally, and look fine on the outside; and there are other causes for brakes to bind, so let us know what you find.
