Red face Dually Wheel Help Please..

Project ='s converting my 91 F250 4wd from SRW to DRW. So far so good, but I have just run into a snag..

So here goes, just bought a rear Sterling axle, V171c 4L10 Dually. It appears to be in Excellent condition, and should bolt right into my existing axle perch mounts. Next, I found OEM Ford Front Dually Rotor/Hub/Offset parts for my Dana 50 TTB axle and I believe these will fit right onto the axle w/o any problems. (yes, yes I know,, I need to go to DANA 60 High Pinion, King Pin, monobeam axle, can't afford it, besides, I like the TTB ride, and have just gone through the whole front end rebuild a couple of years ago, and I only drive the truck 5-7k a year), Next, I purchased 7 Ford Dually wheels, had them powder coated, and because I was blind with ambition I did not check to see if all the wheels worked right. So here goes.

The wheels line up correctly with the bolt pattern, the center hole on the wheels are correct, they are "BUDD" style wheels, they have the little hole cut out for the locating pin.. "this is the problem, the hole on the wheel for the alignment pin is not centered like the hub, it is lower than the center between the stud bolt holes...

Any ideas? do I have the wrong wheels. or are there different locating Pins that are pounded into the front and rear wheel hubs, or is the hole on the wheels have to be elongated to fit onto the axle hubs?

So close, but yet so far... really want to get this project done before June 1, the OEM dually bed is in the shop being painted as I type. Would like to at least have the rear axle on and ready for the mounting of the bed after paint.

Thanks for any help out there.
