What would you do??

I am tying to figure out what direction I want to take with my two trucks- the 84 f250 and the 89 F350. I cant keep both trucks so I have to do one of the following:

1. Keep the 84 as-is and sell the 89
2. Keep the 89 and sell the 84
3. swap the zf5 and d60 out of the 89 into the 84 and sell/scrap the 89

Keep this in mind: the 89 has a better exterior body and paint, but the floors have the usual holes. the 84 has a rougher exterior but I redid the whole floor . the 84 also passed state inspection without any trouble whereas the 89 has no exhaust whatsoever and has an expired sticker. I also MUCH prefer the looks of the 84 over the 89. sorry for such a long post but I need help!!
Heres some pics of the two:

IMHO, you would apparently like to have the D60 and ZF in what ever you have, so I say keep the '89, sell the '84. Then find you an '81-'86 front clip, paint it white to match, and fix the floor. I think it would be less work, and have a pretty sharp, competent truck.

yea, after looking at the pics again, I kinda like the white truck. sell the 84, and put the money in the 89

I hate to say this cause I prefer the 84, but I think it would be a wiser choice to keep the 89, fix the floor and if you like, find a 80-86 front clip. Not something you would have to do right away.

-Enjoy

I personally like the lines of the 80/86 better, but IMO I would keep the 89.

They are starting to make a come back and that one would look sweet with some nice tires/rims.

I would never mix and match front clips and beds. Either stick with one or the other but not both.

i LOVE the 80-86 generation, but it seems like the 89 is just a better truck.... sell it and put it into the 89... let someone else make the 84 their baby
