Basic question about newer generation seat install
I'm looking to go from my captain's chairs to a split bench from a truck up to 96, as posted it would work with a little mods.
Are any of these split benches power?
And if I was to pull these from a wrecker, can I just cut the power wire going to the seat? I mean is it simply a power only lead, and therefore can soldered back to a power lead from my truck in the new install? Or is it a few wires together and would require me trying grab to the whole harness ?
