Keyless Remote ?

I have a 94 Bronco XLT and basicly the Ford dealers states they have to program a secocond remote. Its a code in the computer that has to be retrieved by there computer. All the manuals I have read on other models state it is a sequence of on off and push bottons on the remote? If that is all, are all 94's the same and does anyone have that sequence? Thanks. Oh, Ford wants $100.00 to do this and they stated it involves crossing wires at the computer, and is alot, I think.

You don't need a set amount of remotes--1,2,5,or 10.The newer transponder keys require 2 keys to program,NOT key fobs. Under dash to the right of the steering column is where the remote keyless entry module is located.Hanging there is a 2 wire plug with a white wire with a yellow stripe-- the other wire is grey with a yellow stripe.Connect these 2 wires together, I think it was just for a few seconds.(Been awhile since I did this)Then push any button on each fob you want to program (again 1 or more) Should program if fob and batteries are good LOL Blue
