Im not familiar with the air hoses, but Ill have to check them out too. I have a bunch of goodyear air hose that I picked up for free when I worked at good year.
Morris, I dont really buy lots of tools from there either. I do buy things like crowbars, hammers, axe's, stuff like that.
Im a little weary of the ratchets and sockets and whatnot. I am starting to buy more and more tools from canadian tire, with the warranty, and the price, they are the perfect fit for a guy like me!
I don't buy any tools from there usually either. But I got some nice heavy duty rubber wheel blocks and a spare tire mount for the boat trailer this spring. For stuff like that there are really good.
I was using my 2 dollar rubber mallot I got from princess auto, and I snapped the handle in two haha. Looks like theres a reason that one was only 2 bucks, although I was abusing er pretty good!
That`s the very first thing I ever learned and it was real quick too...never lend a vehicle out that you really like!
I did that with a 68 red and white F100 Ranger I fixed up nicely exactly to my liking years back. It ended up with a phone call saying that I should sell it to him. That seemed ok at the time but then I couldn`t find a good replacement, nice F100`s where scarce for a while back then.
In all seriousness i know what ya mean. I will lend my vehicle out to someone if they are in need, or if they wanna do a vehicle swap with a vehicle of the same caliber. But an old resto car or truck, I could maybe let someone else drive it, but not lend it out!
