Leak
OK , I have a coolant leak that looks like its above the starter and runs to the center of the tranny case and Ive been looking for 3 hrs and cant seem to see where it is coming from. anyone have an idea? um and i need to use someones garage and tools and there help in teaching a newbie how to work on these engines ill buy the beer

Heater Core lines maybe?
Only thing I can think of that goes into the firewall
If you think its coming from the motor take it in. Its under warranty.
Also get rid of that POS filter

I thought of that bismic but i cant seem to find the hose to it, i see the egr cooler from the top but no hose connection and im leaning towards the heater core too cause it only seems to be leaking when the truck sits and cools down or when i run the heater

classic symptom for the egr cooler hose to leak cooling down or cold. Just to the left of the oil filter there should be an orange or blue hose in the engine valley. you do have to look close. this is a common leak point.
