91 F.250 Help
i just picked up my 1991 F.250 4x4 351 5 speed, reg cab, the truck has sat for almost 3 years, it had 2 brand new gas tanks on it, 1st things first, it has a bad tick, if i change the oil will it make it go away, and another thing, the clutch will not come back up, sometimes it wont disengauge and the truck will creep forward, but it wont spring back and the clutch reservoir is full, any help is appreciated
