changing fuel fliter

could some one give me a run through of changing the fuel filter out it doesn't look that hard but the clips around the quick connects kinda confuse me so if someone could give me a step by step that would be great. thanks

all you need is a disconnect tool(in pic). just kinda push the line into the filter, put the tool in and pull the line and tool out at the same time. when u get the hang of it its easy. i dont like the plastic tool alot of places sell. the first time it took me almost an hour. after the third one and the better tool i was able to put the truck on the lift, change the filter and drive the truck out of the shop in less time it took by bud to go a mile down the road to get a 12 pack.

They are on top of the engine under the round modules with white caps (the COP's) more or less right next to the injectors. There is a fair chance you will not be able to remove the fuel lines, they tend to stick real bad. WD40 helps sometimes and swiveling the tool around when it is in the connection sometimes helps.
