Aftermarket grill

dumb move - had a bunch of parts on a table from the 65f100 I'm re-doing. Pulled the Explorer (97)in thinking I had enough room.

So which third party grills have a pefect fit ? The ones in the junk yards are in worse shape than mine. I see so many brands and sites on ebay wondering if anyone has found a good one. My grill is the three peice, the side frames around the headlight are OK. Need the center chrome section.

Thanks

If you're looking to go completely stock, I know of a new parts guy I got a grille off of for a Nissan but he's in the hinterlands (ever hear of Slickville, PA?) and I'm not exactly sure of his status these days. That grille (for the Nissan) only cost me $40 I think, similar vintage. Let me know if you want his number - he treated me good when I was parts shopping for the Nissan I used to own.

David - that's a hot looking setup there. Your ride?

Yes, that's my X. It doesn't see much road time anymore, but it will get some much needed attention this spring/summer....
